What I collect

• When you fill in a project or product enquiry: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, city and country, the service or product you are asking about, whether you want remote or on-site work, your project timeline and budget band, your message, and any files you choose to attach.
• A hash of your IP address, kept only to stop the enquiry form being used to spam this site (rate limiting) — not your raw IP address.
• On your first visit, a first-party cookie that lasts 30 days and records the page you landed on, the referrer and any UTM parameters, so an enquiry you submit later can be linked back to how you found this site.
• Cookie-free, aggregate visit data through Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which does not identify you individually.

Why I collect it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, run a project you have asked for, prevent spam submissions, and understand which pages and channels bring enquiries to this site.

How long I keep it

Enquiry (lead) data is kept for 24 months from the date you submit it, then deleted.

Who else sees it

Data is processed by Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (sending emails) and Cloudflare Turnstile (spam prevention on the enquiry form). None of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data held about you by writing to hello@electronix.co.in.

Who is responsible

This site is operated by Dinesh Kumar G (dinesh417), Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, through ElectronIx, my GST-registered sole proprietorship, which is responsible for the personal data described in this notice.
