These are plain terms for using this site and for engaging me (Dinesh Kumar G, dinesh417) on a project. Projects are contracted and invoiced through ElectronIx, my GST-registered sole proprietorship. They are not a substitute for the written quote or contract for a specific project.
Using this site
This site describes my services and the ElectronIx products and lets you get in touch about a project. Nothing on it is a binding offer until it is confirmed in writing.
Working with me
Every project starts with a written quote covering deliverables, price and timeline (step 2 of how a project runs) before any paid work begins.
Ownership
You own the drawings and code produced for your project after final payment. You get native files (EPLAN, AutoCAD, PLC project archives, source code), not just PDFs.
Confidentiality
NDA on request; native files and source code handed over on final payment.
Payments and invoicing
GST invoice from ElectronIx for clients in India; international clients pay by bank transfer. Payment terms are agreed in the written quote.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts at Coimbatore have jurisdiction. This site does not publish a full postal address; Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu is shown throughout.
