Nine years of industrial automation in Coimbatore, from CNC retrofits and vision inspection to test rigs and plant-wide OEE, and now Rust software. My DNC software moves CNC programs for 23 machines at a precision engineering company here.

Tool-crib software for a CNC tooling store — inserts, end mills, drills, taps, holders and consumables. The fingerprint door terminal identifies the person; they scan items in or out; every movement is written to a ledger that keeps stock on hand and raises an alert when it runs low.
DNC software for CNC machines
ElectronIx DNC moves CNC programs to Fanuc controls over Ethernet (FTP on 0i-F and 30i-series controls) or RS-232 through serial-to-Ethernet converters (0M, 0T, 16, 18 and 21 series). One ordinary Windows PC runs about 25 machines with a lightweight Rust service that runs headless, with OTA updates, Ed25519-signed licence tiers and WhatsApp support. There's a free trial with all features for 2 machines for 30 days.
