What I did

I retrofitted VMCs, HMCs and turning centres (Anayak, Hartford, Haas) with Fagor 8055i, Siemens 828D and Fanuc controls: controller and servo selection, panel design, PLC programming, commissioning, operator training, techno-commercial proposals and BOQs.

Result

Modernised machines with minimal production downtime, and repeat business.
